Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be granted for services offered by Darkest Crime Tarot, a DBA of TarotVox LLC. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final After Delivery

Because services offered by Darkest Crime Tarot are intuitive, energetic, and personalized, all completed readings are non-refundable.

Once a reading has been:

• delivered by email,

• recorded,

• completed live, or

• otherwise fulfilled,

no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellations Before the Reading Begins

You may cancel your appointment before the reading has started.

You may be eligible for:

Full Refund

A full refund is granted only if the reading has not begun and no preparation work has been performed.

Partial Refund

If the practitioner has already spent time preparing for the session (reviewing your information, pulling cards, or beginning energetic work), a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Darkest Crime Tarot.

3. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance.

Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may not be available and may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

If you miss your session or fail to provide required information, this is considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

5. Practitioner Cancellations

If Darkest Crime Tarot is unable to complete a reading due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive one of the following:

• A full refund

• The option to reschedule at no additional cost

The choice may depend on practitioner availability.

6. Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted due to technical problems (internet failure, platform issues, etc.):

• The appointment will be rescheduled at no cost.

• If the session cannot be rescheduled, a full refund may be issued.

7. Dissatisfaction With Results

Refunds are not given based on:

• Disliking or disagreeing with the reading

• Wanting a different outcome

• Feeling the reading “didn’t resonate”

• Expecting investigative, factual, or predictive information

All readings are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided as-is.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unjustified chargeback violates these Terms.

Darkest Crime Tarot reserves the right to:

• Provide documentation to the payment processor

• Deny future services

• Pursue appropriate action to recover losses caused by fraudulent claims
